Hellcat Challenger on Whipple 3.0 and no AUX Tank.

We understand some companies want to sell aux tanks with all their Chillers (Hellcat Interchiller) setup. However, you can’t just spread false information unless you know how to test the system at the track.

Here’s one of our customers cars with 3.0 blower with 20 lbs boost and no aux tank (IC Chiller). I’ve shown IC temp (LTR ECT) throughout the run including Air Charger Temp (ACT) and MAT.

Oh BTW, you can see the MPH and see the system kept IC temp (LTR ECT) in check. I understand some Chillers in the market can’t keep up temp like that because their system might not properly configure and needs an aux tank or extra condenser or fan). It’s good to have an aux tank but it’s not required on every setup 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

Once the ambient air kicks in MAT temp and air charge temp (ACT) will never be at ambient temp once you go through full 1/4 mile. Even the ice tank with 40 lbs can’t do it 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
